Our lives are frequently dominated by feelings and strong emotions. However, we receive conflicting information on how to deal with them. Even the Buddhist teachings seem to contradict themselves on this question:
Are all our emotions fundamentally flawed and need to be counteracted with antidotes?
Or can we rely on tantric methods to transform our emotions and lead us to deeper self-knowledge?
Rob Preece argues that neither of those extremes is correct. Based on his extensive background both in Tibetan Buddhism and Western psychology he will show how to work with emotions and how this can complement our meditation practice.
